  12. am currently enrolled in a community college intermediate C class, but have difficulty reaching
  13. the instructor when I need assistance. I can offer killer cookie recipes and household
  14. management/childrearing advice (16 years' experience) in exchange for help.  I will also check
  15. grammar, syntax, and spelling of your English composition, if you wish, for similar review of my
  16. code. Alternatively, I can offer historic building restoration/rehabilitation advice (I am VP of a
